Can I make a reservation online and pay at pickup?Payment is due at time of reservation. If payment is not made the reservation will automatically cancel within 2 hours. It is strongly recommended to contact us before completing online reservation to avoid any cancellations or delayed refunds due to verification issues.

Do I have to have my own auto insurance to rent?Insurance is required to rent. However, if you do not have collision coverage we provide collision insurance for an additional charge. If you do not have insurance at all please contact us 1-800-578-9314 to discuss rental options before booking.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit cards and debit cards. Card must be in renters' name. **Update we no longer accept cash or pre-paid cards for car rentals** Your deposit may be paid in cash.

What are the requirements for renting?Renter must be 21 and up and have a valid driver license. (learner's permit are not accepted) Auto insurance with minimum liability coverage. Debit or credit card in renter's name for payment. Proof of address. A statement or utility bill showing your name or address matching your driver license.

I made my online reservation what's next?Once we receive your reservation a team member will verify your driver license and insurance. After verification we will contact you to proceed with the rental process.

What is your cancellation policy?Full refunds are given in the same method used to pay if cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the rental pickup date/time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the rental date/time you will be charged one day's rental rate.

Where do I find the prices?Mobile view: Click on menu in the top right corner (three bars), reservations, select the date you want to rent and prices will appear. Desk top view: Reservations, select the date you want to rent and prices will appear.

How much is the security deposit?Our security deposit is $300. (we reserve the right to change the deposit)
